FEAR – Help to get rid of it

If I could give you all one gift I’d get rid of FEAR for you, but that is a path you have to travel yourself. It sounds impossible but I can personally tell you it is possible. For me it took about 90 days of focusing on ridding myself of it. A big part is forgiving your past and not worrying about the future. Focus on now. There are a lot of pieces you need to realize before you can remove it from your life. Part of it is knowing you are an eternal being. I’m not sure specifically what did it for me besides focusing on it. Perhaps finally connecting to my higher self did it. I’m sure everyone’s past it is unique to them. I will always be on the lookout for helpful articles related to removing fear from your life.


LOVE yourself. We are all AWESOME at our core, dig in you’ll find that part of yourself. It’s hard to be afraid when you know you are amazing and eternal 🙂

Ego is a funny thing, it can say you are worthless or take control of it and it will reassure you that you are amazing. Cultivate that connection to your higher self. Do things that make your soul jump for joy. Cry when everyone is watching if that’s the way you feel. Paint, Sing, Dance, Act, Play an instrument, make your soul take notice that you are taking a new path. Once you show an effort in this direction and give up controlling things and results the universe will assist you in ways you never imagined.  Here’s an article that may help.

Why the Need to Fear?

Fear has existed in the world for the beginning of time and still humans cannot eliminate its existence. Certainly fear can be a positive force in certain situations, but generally it can be a very detrimental energy force. It can steer someone in the opposite direction of opportunity or safety. When viewed in a positive light, it can stop a person from doing something that can harm them emotionally, mentally, spiritually or physically. With unhealthy fear comes anxiety, hesitation, resistance to change and progression. So why is it tolerated? Why does it continue to drive humanity to be destructive and non-productive? Because, it has not been put in its place. Its lifeline, the past, is constantly fueled by imagination, lies bought into and delusion. The more one feeds off of what has happened to them in the past, the more fear grows in strength. And then there are the “ifs.” “What if this happens, or that person reacts in this way or that or…”
